Counseling & Psychotherapy for Older Adults
Pathways for Aging has offered in-home and on-site psychotherapy services since May 2004, and we appreciate the many referrals made and clients served over the years. Going forward, Pathways for Aging will focus exclusively on Care Management, Caregiver Coaching, and Community Education/Presentations. Effective April 1, 2017, Pathways will no longer offer Psychotherapy services.
